Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy Flowers & Plants

At Knots & Blooms at No.9 we take pride in our floral arrangements and plants. Because our products are fresh and perishable we unfortunately do not offer a refund for your items.

We want you to enjoy your arrangements for long as possible so send out a guide on how to care for flowers or plants. It is the recipient responsibility to re-cut and water their arrangement. 

We guarantee the freshness of our flowers for 5-7 days from the date of delivery, provided proper care instructions are followed.  ​

If you are unsatisfied with the quality or conditions of your arrangement, please contact us within 24hours of delivery. You must provide clear photographic evidence of the flowers or plant to help us access the issue.

We do not issue refunds however at our discretion we will offer a replacement or credit.

Substitution Policy

Flowers are seasonal.  We at Knots & Blooms at No.9 reserve the right to substitute blooms with those of a similar look and equal value without prior consultation. Refunds will not be issued based on minor substitutions. 

Non-Delivery and incorrect information

We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the sender or if the recipient refuses the delivery. A refund will not be issued in these instances. 

Order Cancellations 

Cancellations for standard orders of floral arrangements and plants must be made at least 48hours before the scheduled delivery or pick up date. A refund will not be issued after this time of 48hours. 

Cancellation for events/weddings must be made at least 3 weeks of the scheduled date for setup of the event/wedding. Unfortunately the booking fee/deposit are non-refundable. 

Our Refund Policy Pre-made Macramé & Homewares

At Knots & Blooms at No.9 we take pride in our handmade macramé pieces. 

If you are unsatisfied with you pre-made macramé piece or homeware item please return to us in a resalable condition,  original packaging and completed return form within 28 days of receipt. 

Returns for unwanted items are not paid by Knots & Blooms at No.9 and must be arranged by yourselves with a reliable carrier.

However if your pre-made macramé piece or homeware item is damaged please contact us at  info@knotsandbloomsatno9.com with clear photographic evidence of the damage item and we will contact you with postage details.  

All refunds granted will be processed by the original method paid with.  Please allow up to 7 days to appear in your bank if paying via card. And up to 30 days if you paid via a PayPal account. ​​

 

Our Refund Policy Made to Order Macramé Pieces

We take great pride in all our made to order items, due to the personalized nature of the item created we cannot accept returns or cancellation if you change your mind once production has begun. 

If your item arrives damaged please contact us at info@knotsandbloomsatno9.com with clear photographic evidence of the damage within 14 days of receipt and we will contact you with replacement. 

Cancellation for  any large scale commissioned Macramé pieces must be made at least 4 weeks of the scheduled delivery date.
