Shipping Policy

Shipping Cost 

Royal Mail is our main delivery service but from time to time we may use another service if we feel there is a need to. 

Our standard charge for any orders under £50 is £3.50, any orders over £50 will qualify for free delivery.

Shipping Times

All pre-made orders are processed Monday to Friday within 1-3days. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

For made to order/commission pieces please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping times. With all these orders we will be in close contact regarding the shipping times.

Tracking and Delivery

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. 

Knots & Blooms at No.9  is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
